Released in the summer of 2014, the songs on 60/50 Ocean Way: The Live Room Sessions were recorded by contemporary Christian rock trio Needtobreathe at a time when the band had not been playing together for a while.
Put to tape live at world famous Ocean Way studios shortly before the release of their massively popular 2014 album Rivers in the Wasteland, the session finds the band running through seven of their favorite tracks, many from that album.
Included in the short set list are roots rock barn burners like the mandolin-heavy "State I'm In" and the stompy "Devil's Been Talkin'," as well as slower, more subdued tracks like "Wasteland.".
