Alone Together follows The Red Balloon Project, an EP the ambitious Myles Mills took to the Top Five of Billboard's rap chart.
Like what led up to it, this is a platform for Mills' observations of drifting through young adulthood, with most of his lines -- like "I smash her friend and don't think twice" -- delivered in a shrugging, genial manner.
The majority of the tracks were once again created with Michael Keenan (G-Eazy, Melanie Martinez) and play out in melodic, relaxed, not quite dazed fashion.
Vocal assists come from the likes of Olivver the Kid (on highlight "I'm Ready), Jaymes Young, and Rome Fortune.
