Gino Vannelli can usually be counted on to produce albums with excellent sound, tight musicianship, and most importantly, great pop songs.
Unfortunately, the most important element is missing here.
The songs aren't bad, but none seem to stick with listener after several plays.
When Vannelli pulls it all together, it's magical; regrettably, there's no magic here.
