British modern jazz outfit Shakatak has been performing and recording for decades (and providing the demonstration music for Casio keyboards at the same time), with charting contemporary jazz singles in the U.K., U.S., and Japan.
With 2007's Emotionally Blue, the band finds itself back in familiar territory.
Instrumental contemporary jazz, post-bop keyboard motifs, the soft vocals of Jill Saward, and bouncing basslines are all part of the show in Emotionally Blue.
