The swan song release from one of the more respected underground hardcore bands of the '90s.
Full of the same intensity and spit that made them renowned, this final album seems to lack a bit of something, as it shows the band trailing off into the numerous offshoots it spawned.
Perhaps a bit is lost, as the vocals are not all the shrill, acidic screams that they previously used, but now also include a garage rock-type yelp.
Most of the tracks are very short and the album is laced together by clips of noise between each song.
Still overly artistic and aspirational, but not quite stung with the same prowess as before.
This is still better than most of the other hardcore bands lurking around in the neo-"scene" of 2002.
