For the group's fifth album, Japanese alt-rock duo Love Psychedelico continued their exploration of both modern and classic rock ideas.
The album is true to form, and finds guitarist Naoki Sato providing blues-inflected rock as a foundation while singer (and sometimes guitarist) Kumi alternately warbles and growls her way through a mix of Japanese and English lyrics.
Standout tracks include "Freedom," a free-ranging rocker, and a cover of the Beatles' "Help!" with a lighter blues touch.
