Hymns That Are Important to Us is the seventh and final album by acclaimed Tennessee country and bluegrass duo Joey + Rory.
Recorded in 2015 during singer Joey Feek's battle with terminal cervical cancer, this comforting collection of favorite hymns is a bittersweet testament to the couple's resilience and faith in the face of tragedy.
Also included is a poignant reprise of their track "When I'm Gone," which first appeared on their 2012 LP His and Hers.
Hymns was released in February 2016 by the Gaither Music Group, and topped both the Billboard Country and Christian charts, becoming the best-selling album of Joey + Rory's career.
