I'm Right Here is Chris Rene's first release for Simon Cowell's Epic-affiliated Syco label.

It follows the singer's third-place finish on the United States' first season of The X Factor, as well as his independent debut, which was released in 2009.

A seven-track EP, the set features realist and uplifting material like "Rockin' with You" and "Gonna Be Okay" -- contemporary rock with a little hip-hop swagger.

The set also contains a version of "Young Homie," the original song Rene performed during his X Factor audition.
