Victor Manuelle's energetic presence and vocalizing get a great backdrop with this production.
Ramón Sánchez's arrangements may owe heavily to Sergio George's hyperactive sound, but that seems to drive the best of the talented improviser, belting it out with all his might in tunes like "Se Me Rompe el Alma," "Qué Habría Sido de Mí," "Y Después de Nuevo Amigos," "Mentiras," and "Al Igual Que Yo," which helped to assure his popularity and constant presence in the airwaves.
His contagious energy plus an uncanny ability to improvise makes this effort most commendable.
Manuelle continues to soar to unexpected heights, as he has demonstrated total commitment to the genre for a newer generation and beyond.
