The Kidz Bop juggernaut continues with this collection, featuring versions of late-2012 chart-toppers as sung by the Kidz Bop Kids.
The series sticks with its time-tested formula, presenting covers of songs that were kid-friendly in the first place ("Good Time," "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together") and songs that aren't necessarily inappropriate for kids but sound weird being sung by them ("Locked Out of Heaven," "Diamonds").
As always, Kidz Bop 23 provides another way for families to listen to songs that are already inescapable, like fun.'s "Some Nights" and PSY's "Gangnam Style" (minus the "hey, sexy lady!" hook), but the Kidz Bop phenomenon shows little sign of slowing.
