It's hard to tell whether to consider Micus a jazz, fusion, or new age performer and composer.
He's a versatile musician who has used Bavarian, Japanese, Afghan, Irish, Spanish, North African, Indian, and Southeastern Asian instruments on different projects.
There's some stunning music on this session, and it's certainly worth hearing; it's also probably not jazz.
