Long Live Nut follows the Wish Me Well mixtapes as the first EP from Atlanta's YFN Lucci.

The 2015 murder of his close friend, referenced in the EP's title, within the chorus of the opening "Way Up," and in "Heartless," remains heavy on his mind.

The rapper is still able to enjoy his ascent from "barely livin'" to "200 grand walkin' through TSA," continually references his self-made wealth, and at his offhandedly humorous best, rhymes Akon with Faizon.

Among these nine booming, predominantly slow-to-midtempo tracks is the hit "Everyday We Lit," featuring PnB Rock, and appearances from Rick Ross, Lil Durk, Boosie Badazz, and Dreezy.
