records with their Billboard 200 chart-toppers Love Yourself: Tear and Love Yourself: Answer, South Korean rapper RM issued his sophomore effort, Mono (Big Hit).
Arriving three years after his mixtape debut, Mono's downtempo and contemplative blend of atmospheric production and intimate delivery stood in stark contrast to the aggressive and hard-hitting RM.
The seven-song set featured appearances by eAeon ("Badbye") and Nell ("Everythinggoes"), as well as assistance from English electronic duo Honne on "Seoul." Upon release, Mono rose to number two on the Billboard World Albums chart.
