The album follows in the wake of the group's hugely successful year after winning the first season of the televised vocal competition La Banda.
Showcased in CNCO are the multi-national talents of Christopher Velez (Ecuador), Erick Brian Colon (Cuba), Joel Pimentel (Mexico), Richard Camacho (Dominican Republic) and Zabdiel de Jesus (Puerto Rico).
Together, they make a hooky brand of harmonized Latin pop that combines traditional and contemporary influences.
Included on Primera Cita are the Billboard charting singles "Tan Facil" and "Quisiera.".
