This not particularly hard to find import is a collection of nine previously unreleased tracks, eight of which appear here for the first time on any collection, plus one bonus track.
All the tracks are taken from demos and live radio performances and are probably only of interest to hardcore fans of the group or anyone who just couldn't get enough of Energy.
Though most of the songs aren't embarrassingly bad, there is a noticeable drop-off from the quality of their previously released work.
Overall, it stands as an interesting document of a great ska-punk band before they had completely honed their songwriting craft.
