Fusing modern dance beats with samples of classic jazz records, Austrian DJ and producer Marcus Fureder, aka Parov Stelar, is one of the pioneers of the relatively new electro-swing genre.
Second album Seven and Storm continues to develop the unique sound he displayed on his debut release Rough Cuts, with contributions from avant-garde jazz vocalist Leena Conquest ("Warm Inside"), Phoebe Hall ("My Inner Me"), and Miss Anita Riegler ("The One").
Co-produced by Wolf Mayer, the 2005 LP also includes the single "Faith," featuring former Soon frontwoman Odette Di Maio.
