Packed with pop culture nods, biblical references, and acid jazz influences, The Healing Component follows Jenkins' 2015 EP, Wave(s), and focuses on love, hope, and healing in a world of death, pain, and suffering.
Jenkins called upon an impressive list of friends and collaborators for the project, enlisting BadBadNotGood, Kaytranada, theMIND, Noname, and many others.
The Healing Component debuted at number nine on the R&B/hip-hop chart and number 110 on the Billboard 200.
