Bryan White doesn't shake things up on his third album, The Right Place, but he doesn't need to.
He found his perfect formula on Between Now and Forever; now, he's simply seeing where it takes him.
White has a nice, easygoing style that may only be marginally country by hardcore standards, but it's undeniably fine country-pop.
Like many modern country records, The Right Place comes up a little short, clocking in with only ten songs, too many of which are filler, but the very best moments, like "Love Is the Right Place" and "Leave My Heart Out of This," are quite good indeed.
