Who Is This Man introduces yet another category to reggae, "reggae gospel." Consisting of a potion of gospel, a dash of soul, and a reggae base, this music is as addictive as traditional reggae.
Sanchez's healing, honey-coated voice wins you over even if you're not a gospel fan.
The title track flows with irresistible reggae harmonies and "The Christian Life" layers Sanchez's pure, spirit-filled vocals over strains of roots reggae.
"Praying Time" and "Wonderful Child" also provide fast-paced, bouncy reggae beats but the rest of the tunes are much closer to straight gospel.
Still, reggae and gospel fans alike will find much to enjoy with this album.
