Wild Imagination, Scott Krippayne's 1995 Word Records release, is a combination of CCM, Christian pop, and adult contemporary.
The project opens with the upbeat "Reason to Live," reminiscent of songs by Aaron Jeoffrey and John Elefante, followed by the album's radio singles, "Hope Has a Way," "All My Days," and "Sometimes He Calms the Storms." Lyrically, Krippayne co-wrote eight of the ten tracks.
The songs touch on topics including reconciliation, comfort in trials, and misplaced priorities.
